A new build, designed to feel anything but new.

Zenobia is a full new-build project centered on bringing depth, character, and traditional craftsmanship into a space that could have easily felt generic. From the beginning, the goal was to challenge what new construction often defaults to and instead create a home that feels thoughtful, layered, and rich with detail.

We incorporated stained glass transoms, picture molding, and a custom dumbwaiter to introduce architectural interest and a sense of history. These elements were carefully balanced with clean layouts and modern functionality, ensuring the home feels both special and highly livable.

Zenobia is about proving that new builds don’t have to feel flat or predictable. With intentional design decisions and a respect for classic detailing, the home feels timeless, personal, and deeply considered from the ground up.
